At Angelous, every piece is created with intention, process and attention to detail.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Returns

Due to the limited nature of our drops and pre-order system, most sales are considered final once production or shipping has started.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges related to personal decisions such as:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings
  • General preference after purchase

may be more difficult to resolve once an order has entered production or shipping.

Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund depending on the situation

We genuinely want every order to arrive correctly and will always do our best to help resolve legitimate issues.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases allow us to produce each drop more accurately and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Because of this:

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once production begins
  • Shipping times for pre-orders may vary depending on production and logistics

Estimated shipping updates will always be communicated through our official channels.

Shipping Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Angelous is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or international processing

If a package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, we will still do our best to assist you whenever possible.
